 Gregory T. Mutz CEO
|
Mr. Mutz is the Chairman & CEO of AMLI Residential Partners, LLC, a successor company to AMLI Realty Co., which he co-founded in 1980. Mr. Mutz serves on the Board of RBI Holdings, a St. Petersburg, Russia based real estate company (2007-present) and serves on the Board of WAN, S.A., a real estate company headquartered in Warsaw, Poland (2007-present). Mr. Mutz is a Trustee of the Aston Family of Mutual Funds (1993-present). Prior to founding AMLI, Mr. Mutz was an officer with White, Weld & Co., Inc., a New York investment-banking firm (1976-78) and was associated with the Chicago-based international law firm of Mayer Brown (1973-76). He received a B.A. from DePauw University in 1967 and a J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School in 1973. Mr. Mutz served as an infantry lieutenant in Vietnam (1968-69).

 Allan J. Sweet President
|
Mr. Sweet is President of AMLI Residential. He has been associated with the Company since its inception and, prior to that time, with AMLI Realty Co. since 1985. Prior to joining AMLI Realty Co., Mr. Sweet was a Partner in the Chicago law firm of Schiff Hardin & Waite, with which he had been associated since 1978. He received a B.B.A. from the University of Michigan in 1968 and a J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School in 1973. From 1980 to 1983, Mr. Sweet was a trustee of American Equity Investment Trust, an over-the-counter equity REIT.

 Philip N. Tague Executive Vice President

Mr. Tague is Executive Vice President. He has been associated with the Company since its inception and with AMLI Realty Co. since 1982. Prior to joining AMLI Realty Co., Mr. Tague was associated with the Chicago law firm of Mayer, Brown, Rowe & Maw (1977-81). He received a B.S. from Northwestern University in 1971 and a J.D. from Ohio State University College of Law in 1977. He is an officer and/or member of a number of industry groups including the Atlanta Apartment Association, the Georgia Apartment Association, ULI, NAIOP, REIAC, IDRC, and the National Multifamily Housing Council.

 Steve F. Hallsey President & CEO of AMLI Management Company

Steve Hallsey is President and CEO of AMLI Management Company, a subsidiary of AMLI Residential, which provides property management, leasing and corporate homes services to the AMLI® portfolio. Prior to joining AMLI, Mr. Hallsey was associated with Charles E. Smith Residential, a division of Archstone Smith, as Executive Vice President (2001-2003). His responsibilities included managing a 25,000-unit apartment portfolio in five major markets. In addition, he managed the legal, education, finance, accounting, information technology and asset management departments at that company. Prior to that, Mr. Hallsey was Senior Vice President of Asset Management at Glenborough Realty Trust (1998-2001); President and COO of Western National Group (1995-1998); President of Harbor Group International (1994-1995); Senior Vice President at Balcor-American Express (1990-1994) and Senior Executive Vice President at Clark Financial Corporation (1983-1990). |

 Stephen C. Ross Executive Vice President - Development
|
Mr. Ross is Executive Vice President - Development of AMLI and has been with the Company since its inception; prior thereto he was with AMLI Realty Co. since 1989. Mr. Ross is responsible for development activities including the origination, structuring and closing of investments in Chicago and other regions. Between 1989 and 1996, Mr. Ross led AMLI’s financing activities. Prior to joining AMLI Realty Co., he was associated with JMB Realty Corporation in Chicago and New York City where he had certain portfolio management and acquisition responsibilities. Mr. Ross received a B.S. from the University of Rochester in 1978 and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago in 1981. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute and was a founding Director of the Central Region of the Real Estate Investment Advisory Council. Mr. Ross serves on the Zoning Board of Appeals for the Village of Glencoe, Illinois and recently served as co-chairman of the Village of Glencoe Caucus. Mr. Ross has been a guest lecturer at the Johns Hopkins Business School and at DePaul University. |

 Mark T. Evans President of AMLI Residential Construction

Mr. Evans is President of AMLI Residential Construction LLC. He has overall responsibility for the allocation of personnel, resources and systems relating to the Company’s multifamily land development and construction activities and is actively involved in the planning, development and product selection for the Company’s communities. Joining the Company in 1994, Mr. Evans was previously associated with Peachtree Residential Properties as Director of Purchasing (1992-94); Roberts Properties (1990-92); Grove Construction (1986-90) and AMLI Realty Co. (1983-86). Mr. Evans graduated from the University of Florida in 1982. |

Taylor Bowen Executive Vice President - Development
|
Taylor Bowen is Executive Vice President - Development and has been with AMLI since 1997. Mr. Bowen is responsible for AMLI’s multifamily development activities in Texas. Before moving to Dallas, Mr. Bowen handled similar development responsibilities in Chicago for AMLI. Prior to joining AMLI, he worked for Huitt-Zollars Engineers and Architects (1994-1996). Mr. Bowen received a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Southern Methodist University in 1993 where he was a member of the SMU Board of Trustees and part of the Cooperative Engineering Program. He received an M.S. in Real Estate Development from Columbia University in New York in 1997. Mr. Bowen is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Texas and serves on the Dallas Citiplace TIF Board, the Downtown Austin Alliance Executive Board, and is a former member Dallas Zoning and Ordinance Committee. |
