From I-88.
From I-88, exit Route 59 south (left). Drive approximately four miles to 75th Street and turn east (left). Continue for about two miles and turn south (right) on Plainfield/Naperville Road. Continue for approximately four miles. AMLI at River Run is on the right, just past 104th Street.
From I-55.
From I 55 take the Weber Road Exit North to Boughton Road. Turn left on Boughton Rd to Plainfield/Naperville Road. Turn Right on Plainfield/Naperville Road and pass main entrance. Turn left on 104th street and left into community.
From I-355.
From I355 take Boughton Road West to Plainfield/Naperville Road. Turn Right on Plainfield Naperville Road, pass main entrance, and turn left on 104th street, then left into the community.
