Description:

Just in time for the holidays, the AMLI FAMLI will be selling candles through October to benefit breat cancer research. There are over 20 scents to choose from. Buy one candle for $12 or buy 2 or more candles for $10/each. Samplers are available in the leasing offices. From September thru October, the Dallas/Fort Worth FAMLI will be raising money to support breast cancer research and education through events such as this.

Residents and employees donated used glasses (prescription glasses, readers or sunglasses) to help those in need. This program helps serve more than one billion people globally who cannot afford or do not have access to eyewear. Donated glasses are refurbished, cleaned, and labeled to benefit those in need.

Description:

Dallas FAMLI volunteered their time at the Dallas and McKinney SPCA locations. The time was spent offering much needed TLC to dozens of shelter animals. The volunteers walked dogs, played with kittens, washed soiled bedding and stuffed dog toys.
