Residents and employees are invited to donate used glasses (prescription glasses, readers or sunglasses) to help those in need. This program helps serve more than one billion people globally who cannot afford or do not have access to eyewear. Donated glasses will be refurbished, cleaned, and labeled to benefit those in need.

For the whole month of August, AMLI will be collecting books for children and adults at Loma Linda University Medical Center in conjunction with Ronald McDonald House. Please bring new unused books to the leasing office to support the patients of Loma Linda Medical Center.

RACE DAY TIMES:
Women/Men's 5K Run -- 8:00 am (runners can be officially timed in this event)
Teams/Coed 5K Fun Run/Walk -- 9:00 am
1 mile Fun Run/Walk -- 10:00 am
2nd Annual Kids ONLY Run -- 10:30 am (10 years and younger)
Awards Ceremony -- 10:45 am
Expo/Kid's Expo -- 6:30am to 11:00 am

We will once again be volunteering our time at Project Angel Food. The Project Angel Food mission is to nourish the body and spirit of those affected by HIV/AIDS, cancer, and other serious illnesses. Project Angel Food delivers free meals prepared with love. Please donate a ½ day (8am-Noon or 1:30 pm-4 pm) to help with this fantastic organization. Friends and Family members are welcome!
