Our employee recognition program, called the ABC Program (Above and Beyond the Call), recognizes AMLI's on-site employees for going above and beyond the expected for our residents. Corporate employees are also recognized for providing exceptional service for a “customer” (another AMLI employee or department) or vendor. Prizes are awarded to our ABC winners.
AMLI’s Million Dollar Club recognizes leasing team members who generate more than $1 million in revenue for their community. Top leasers have promotional opportunities, increases in commission rates, as well as bonuses for million $ levels achieved. To date, our highest leaser has reached $10 million in sales!
AMLI's Certified Manager Program (ACM) is a comprehensive leadership training program for our Community Managers. The course helps participants develop additional skills in personnel leadership, financial management, and resident retention. This course includes an eight-part series as well as a community evaluation project that helps participants identify strengths and weaknesses of an asset and strategize/recommend opportunities for improvement.
AMLI's Service Technician Tier Program is designed to provide our Service Technicians with an opportunity for career advancement as well as reward excellence at each level with promotional and bonus opportunities. Service personnel attend classes to develop technical skills needed to perform their jobs.
AMLI rewards its associates who contribute to improving company processes and practices with our PPI Award Program. Associates have an opportunity to not only earn cash awards but also make a difference in the productivity of the company.
The prestigious Spirit of AMLI Award is given each quarter to employees who demonstrate passion and commitment to help AMLI reach its goals. Associates, supervisors and senior leaders of the company can nominate someone they believe embodies the AMLI spirit during the previous quarter. It is quite an honor to be selected for this award.
At the end of each year, an Annual Awards Celebration is held in each region. Individual awards for achievement, as well as corporate, community and construction/development awards are presented in a variety of categories. AMLI also recognizes employees who have reached certain levels of tenure with the company, 1, 5, 10, 15, 20, and we just recently celebrated our first 25-year employee. |
