Philip N. Tague Executive Vice President
|
Mr. Tague is Executive Vice President of AMLI. He has been associated with the Company since its inception and with AMLI Realty Co. since 1981. Prior to joining AMLI Realty Co., Mr. Tague was associated with the Chicago law firm of Mayer Brown (1977-81). He received a B.S. from Northwestern University in 1971 and a J.D. from Ohio State University College of Law in 1977. He is an officer and/or member of a number of industry groups including the Atlanta Apartment Association, the Georgia Apartment Association, ULI, NAIOP, REIAC, IDRC, and the NMHC.

Mark T. Evans President of AMLI Residential Construction
|
Mr. Evans is President of AMLI Residential Construction LLC. He has overall responsibility for the allocation of personnel, resources and systems relating to the Company’s construction activities and participates in the planning, development and product selection for the Company’s communities. Prior to joining the Company in 1994, Mr. Evans was associated with Peachtree Residential Properties (1992-94), Roberts Properties (1990-92), Grove Construction (1986-90), and AMLI Realty Co. (1983-86). Mr. Evans graduated from the University of Florida in 1982.

Stephen C. Ross Executive Vice President - Development
|
Mr. Ross is Executive Vice President - Development of AMLI and has been with the Company since its inception; prior thereto he was with AMLI Realty Co. since 1989. Mr. Ross is responsible for development activities including the origination, structuring and closing of investments in Chicago and other regions. Between 1989 and 1996, Mr. Ross led AMLI’s financing activities. Prior to joining AMLI Realty Co., he was associated with JMB Realty Corporation in Chicago and New York City where he had certain portfolio management and acquisition responsibilities. Mr. Ross received a B.S. from the University of Rochester in 1978 and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago in 1981. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute and was a founding Director of the Central Region of the Real Estate Investment Advisory Council. Mr. Ross serves on the Zoning Board of Appeals for the Village of Glencoe, Illinois and recently served as co-chairman of the Village of Glencoe Caucus. Mr. Ross has been a guest lecturer at the Johns Hopkins Business School and at DePaul University.

Taylor Bowen Executive Vice President - Development
|
Taylor Bowen is Executive Vice President - Development and has been with AMLI since 1997. Mr. Bowen is responsible for AMLI’s multifamily development activities in Texas. Before moving to Dallas, Mr. Bowen handled similar development responsibilities in Chicago for AMLI. Prior to joining AMLI, he worked for Huitt-Zollars Engineers and Architects (1994-1996). Mr. Bowen received a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Southern Methodist University in 1993 where he was a member of the SMU Board of Trustees and part of the Cooperative Engineering Program. He received an M.S. in Real Estate Development from Columbia University in New York in 1997. Mr. Bowen is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Texas and serves on the Dallas Citiplace TIF Board, the Downtown Austin Alliance Executive Board, and is a former member Dallas Zoning and Ordinance Committee. He is also a LEED Accredited Professional. |

Scott Koppelman Senior Vice President - Development

Mr. Koppelman is Senior Vice President - Development and has been with the Company since 1999. Based in Seattle, Mr. Koppelman is responsible for development activities in Seattle and Denver. Before moving so Seattle, he participated in AMLI's development activities in various Midwest markets. Before joining AMLI, Mr. Koppelman was a city planner for a suburban Kansas City municipality and was involved in all aspects of new development. Mr. Koppelman received a B.S. in Community and Regional Planning from Iowa State University. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute and is a LEED Accredited Professional. |

Jennifer Wolf Senior Vice President - Development

Ms. Wolf is Senior Vice President - Development of AMLI and has been with the Company since 1990. Ms. Wolf is responsible for development activities in Chicago. She is also co-head of AMLI’s Green Task Force Committee. Ms. Wolf received a B.A. from the University of Michigan and is a LEED Accredited Professional. |

Marcy Phillips Vice President - Development

Ms. Phillips is Vice President - Development and has been with AMLI since 2001. She has participated in AMLI's development activities in Chicago, Kansas City and Dallas and is currently responsible for development activities in Austin. Prior to joining AMLI, Ms. Phillips worked for Urban Development Partners, an affordable housing development firm in Chicago. Ms. Phillips received her B.B.A from the University of Wisconsin in 2001. She is a member of the Downtown Austin Alliance Economic Development Committee, RECA, CREW, Envision Central Texas, and CNU. She is also a LEED Accredited Professional. |

James McCormick Vice President - Development

Mr. McCormick is Vice President and Co-head of Acquisitions and has been with AMLI since 2006. He has participated in AMLI's investment activities in Chicago, Washington, D.C. and Southern California, and has additional responsibilities in development and asset management. Prior to joining AMLI, Mr. McCormick worked in investment banking and private equity. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute, the Real Estate Investment Association, and the Chicago Real Estate Private Equity Network. Mr. McCormick is a LEED Accredited Professional. He received a B.A. in Economics and Public Policy from Duke University and an MBA from Wharton. |

Molly Hackett Podratz Vice President - Development

Ms. Podratz is Vice President - Development and has been with AMLI since 2006. She has responsibilities for AMLI’s development activities in Chicago, Denver and Kansas City. Prior to joining AMLI, Ms. Podratz was a senior financial analyst in LaSalle Bank’s Real Estate Capital Markets division and prior to that was a Loan Origination Analyst at CapMark. Ms. Podratz received a business degree from the University of Wisconsin and an Interior Design degree from Harrington College of Design. She is a member of the Wisconsin Real Estate Alumni Association and is a LEED Accredited Professional. |

Fred Schreiber Vice President - Development

Mr. Schreiber is Vice President - Development and has been with AMLI since 2007. Mr. Schreiber is currently responsible for development activities in Southeast Florida and Atlanta. Prior to joining AMLI, he was associated with the New York law firm of Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP (2004-2007). He received a B.A. from Emory University in 2001 and a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center in 2004. Mr. Schreiber is a member of the Urban Land Institute and a LEED Accredited Professional. |

Collette Jones Vice President - Development

Ms. Jones is Vice President - Development and has been with AMLI since 1999. Ms. Jones has participated in all AMLI's development activities in Atlanta since 1999 and is currently responsible for development activities in Atlanta. Prior to joining AMLI, she was a technical adviser for Jostens Publishing. Ms. Jones received a B.A. in Journalism from the University of Georgia. She is a member of the Urban Land Institute and a LEED Accredited Professional. |

Timothy E. Gianndrea Vice President – Construction

Mr. Gianndrea is Vice President - Construction and has been with AMLI since 2006. He is responsible for projects in the Atlanta area. Before joining AMLI, Mr. Gianndrea was a project manager for Lane Realty Construction. Prior to Lane, he worked as a project manager for Pinkerton & Laws, Inc., Centex Homes, and Morrison Homes. Mr. Gianndrea has a B.S. in Construction Technologies from the University of North Florida in 1991. |

Craig Brockman Development Manager

Mr. Brockman is Development Manager for AMLI. Since joining AMLI in 1999, he has participated in AMLI’s various award-winning, mixed-use development activities over a five block area in downtown Austin. Prior to joining AMLI, Mr. Brockman was a construction manager for Heritage Construction based in Cape Canaveral, Florida. Mr. Brockman received a B.S. from the University of Texas. He was the Captain on the University of Texas swim team, a 10 time All- American, 1996 National Champion and received the Earl Campbell scholarship for Leadership. |
