AMLI Quadrangle is a 5-story community comprised of 220 rental apartments on four floors, 6,000 square feet of leasing/amenity space, over 8,600 square feet of street-level retail space, two levels of secure subterranean parking for residents and one level of public parking for nearby retailers.
Residents have two designer color palette choices for their urban homes. Standard apartment finishes include Satina stainless steel refrigerators, black Whirlpool appliances, in-unit washers and dryers, designer lighting packages, tile backsplashes, and bamboo-style flooring in entries and kitchens.
AMLI Quadrangle boasts unique amenities. The two courtyards and rooftop deck allow residents to spend time relaxing in both large and small numbers. In our courtyards residents can lounge in the cooling spa, grill-out in the outdoor kitchen, catch a game on our flat panel television, or unwind in one of the cabanas. At the rooftop deck, residents will observe panoramic views of the Dallas skyline.
