Residents are responsible for paying for their electricity and gas. Water, trash, and gas for hot water are metered and billed to residents monthly. They are also responsible for setting up and paying for your own internet and cable services.

Our most common internet providers are AT&T and Spectrum. Both companies offer reliable services to meet your connectivity needs.

While you are welcome to decorate your apartment by painting walls or hanging pictures, please be aware that you will be charged to restore the apartment to its original condition at move-out. Major modifications require written permission from AMLI. We allow doormats, but no other items outside your front door. Balconies must also remain free of clutter, storage, and certain decorations like shades, bamboo, trellises, or holiday lights.

Yes, we require that all residents carry a minimum of $300,000 in personal liability coverage through an insurance carrier with an AM Best rating of A-VII.  We’ve partnered with Get Covered Insurance to provide affordable coverage options, including pet health and identity theft protection, and we also accept valid proof of renter’s insurance from a variety of insurance carriers.
