Auto-Pay | Credit Card Payments

In life, time is money. Most people spend the equivalent of three days per year paying their bills.

We've taken great pains to create an environment where AMLI residents can enjoy life, not waste time on the details.

AMLI has created Easy Pay, a reliable, confidential and secure way to pay your rent and other amounts due under your lease with two options:

• Processed and paid monthly from your bank account, or
• Via credit card using AMLI Connect, our online resident connection service.

Auto-Pay
This is a reliable and confidential way to have your rent and other amounts due under your lease automatically debited from your checking or savings account each month on a recurring basis. All you need to do is sign up, and we’ll handle the remaining details. No more remembering to write that check each month, and no worries when you are out of town traveling.

How much does it cost?
This is a FREE service to AMLI residents.

How can I be sure that my rent payment was processed?
Your payment will be shown on your monthly bank statement as a debit with date paid, reference number, amount and item description.

How can I get started using Auto-Pay?
Stop by your leasing office and complete an enrollment form or visit our website at www.amli.com to print an enrollment form. All you need is a standard bank checking or savings account.

How long will it take to start using Auto-Pay?
It takes just a few days from the receipt of your enrollment form. Please confirm your requested start date with the leasing office.

Can roommates enroll?
Yes, however, only one resident (roommate) per apartment will be allowed to participate. This resident will be assessed the total charges attributable to the apartment.

Can an Auto-Pay occur against a business account?
Yes. AMLI’s Auto-Pay program permits debits to a business account in addition to a personal checking or savings account. (An additional form is required. Please see your leasing office for details.)

Credit card payment
Conveniently pay your rent and other charges with a credit card via the Internet. You can review and pay your monthly bill on AMLI.com by accessing AMLI Connect, our online resident utility connection service located at www.amliconnect.com, and make your monthly payment from that site.

You will be required to login and enter a username and password in order to make a payment online.  If you do not have a username and password, you can contact your leasing office to obtain one or generate one by entering your address.

Pay one time or every time:
Our online payment system is always available. So, whether you find yourself needing to use the service once or wanting to use it every month, it is easy to access our secure website and use your credit card to pay your rent and other charges.

Avoid late fees:
Short on cash? Pay on time using your credit card, and pay your card balance at your leisure. Payment must be made by midnight on the 3rd of the month to avoid late fees.

How Much Does It Cost?*
Since credit card processing is provided by a service company, there is a small convenience fee of $24.95 for each payment transaction.

Use your incentive credit card to earn miles and other benefits.

Use when moving in or out:
Pay security deposits, rental application fees, or outstanding balances.
