Gia Brodt, Vice President - Development

Ms. Brodt is Vice President - Development and has participated in AMLI's development activities in Dallas/Ft. Worth since 2006. She is currently responsible for managing AMLI's new developments in DFW from land acquisition to project stabilization. Prior to joining AMLI, Ms. Brodt was a Project Engineer for a contractor in Indianapolis. She received her B.S. in Management from Purdue University in 2004. Ms. Brodt serves on the Commercial Review Subcommittee for the Las Colinas Association’s Architectural Control Committee.


Matt

Matt Elley, Vice President – Development

Mr. Elley is Vice President – Development. Based in Seattle, he participates in AMLI's Seattle development projects. Before joining AMLI in 2012, he worked for Alliance Residential and SRM Development in Seattle and spent four years developing condominiums in San Diego with DR Horton's Urban Development Division. Mr. Elley received a B.S. in Construction Management from the University of Washington and a Master's in Real Estate Development & Finance from Harvard. He is a ULI member and a LEED Accredited Professional.


Annie

Annie Evans, Vice President - Development

Ms. Evans is Vice President - Development and is responsible for development activities in Atlanta. Prior to joining AMLI in 2015, Ms. Evans worked for Jamestown, LP in Atlanta and Gables Residential. She received a B.S.E. from Princeton University in Civil and Environmental Engineering in 2004 and an MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in Real Estate Finance and Sustainable Enterprise in 2011. She is a member of ULI and serves on the Real Estate Advisory Board for UNC’s Kenan-Flagler Business School.


Michael

Michael Finger, Vice President - Development

Mr. Finger is Vice President-Development and is responsible for development activities in Southern California. Prior to joining AMLI, he developed luxury multifamily and mixed-use communities for national builders such as AvalonBay Communities, Fairfield Residential and Mill Creek Residential Trust. He also acquired existing multifamily and office properties for regional developers in Houston, TX. Mr. Finger received his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Houston in Marketing and an MBA from Rice University. He is a licensed Real Estate Salesman in California.


Tim

Tim Gianndrea, Senior Vice President - Construction

Mr. Gianndrea is Senior Vice President - Construction and has been with AMLI since 2006. He is responsible for projects in the Atlanta area. Before joining AMLI, Mr. Gianndrea was a project manager for Lane Realty Construction. Prior to Lane, he worked as a project manager for Pinkerton & Laws, Inc., Centex Homes, and Morrison Homes. Mr. Gianndrea has a B.S. in Construction Technologies from the University of North Florida in 1991.


Justin

Justin James, Senior Vice President - Construction

Mr. James is Senior Vice President - Construction and is responsible for overseeing and managing the estimating, budgeting, bid solicitation, and contracting for AMLI construction projects. Prior to joining AMLI in 2011, he was a Project Manager with Samples Construction. Mr. James has a B.A. in Finance from Kennesaw State University and is a LEED Accredited Professional with a specialty in Building Design & Construction.


Collette

Collette Jones, Vice President - Development

Ms. Jones is Vice President - Development and started with AMLI in 1999. She has participated in all AMLI's development activities in Atlanta since 1999 and is currently managing AMLI's new development projects in Atlanta. Prior to joining AMLI, Ms. Jones was a technical adviser for Jostens Publishing. She received a B.A. in Journalism from the University of Georgia. Ms. Jones is a member of the ULI and a LEED Accredited Professional.


Nick

Nick Moffa, Vice President - Development

Mr. Moffa is Vice President - Development and contributes to AMLI’s development activities in Southern California. Prior to joining AMLI in 2014, he worked for Shea Properties and AvalonBay Communities, in both development and operations capacities. Mr. Moffa received his Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate and Urban Economic Studies from the University of Connecticut, and his MBA from the University of California, Irvine. Mr. Moffa is also a member of the ULI.


Marcy

Marcy Phillips, Vice President - Development

Ms. Phillips is Vice President - Development and started with AMLI in 2001. She is responsible for development activities in Austin and previously participated in AMLI development activities in Chicago, Kansas City and Dallas. Prior to joining AMLI, Ms. Phillips worked for Urban Development Partners in Chicago. She received a B.B.A from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2001 in Real Estate & Finance and Risk Management. Ms. Phillips is a Board Member of the Austin Chapter of CREW; member of RECA; and prior member of the Austin East Riverside Corridor Regulating Plan Working Group and Downtown Austin Alliance. She is a LEED Accredited Professional and a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in Texas.


John

John Harris, Vice President - Construction

Mr. Harris is Vice President - Construction in Florida and is responsible for budgeting, contracting for, and managing all new construction projects for AMLI in Florida. Before joining AMLI in 2013, he performed project manager/executive responsibilities in Florida for Kast Construction/Kolter Urban, Panattoni, Opus South, DH Griffin, and JPI Apartment Construction. Mr. Harris received a B.S. in Construction Management from Colorado State University in 1995.


Ryan

Ryan Garrett, Vice President - Construction

Mr. Garrett is Vice President - Construction and is responsible for budgeting, contracting for, and managing new construction projects in the Atlanta area. He started with AMLI in 2008 after graduating from Southern Polytechnic State University with a B.S. in Construction Management. Mr. Garrett is a LEED Accredited Professional and a Certified Home Energy Rater.


David

David Todd, Vice President - Construction

Mr. Todd is Vice President – Construction and is responsible for new project construction for AMLI in Texas. He oversees and manages the construction process on new Texas projects, including planning, budgeting, contracting, execution, and delivery. Prior to joining AMLI in 2006, Mr. Todd worked as a project superintendent for a national builder and received recognition for completing many successful projects.


Tyler

Tyler Haggard, Project Manager - Construction

Mr. Haggard is Project Manager - Construction and is responsible for budgeting, contracting and managing new construction projects for AMLI in Colorado. Before joining AMLI in 2005 as an Assistant Superintendent in Austin, he was a Land Surveyor for Ramsey Land Surveying. After moving to Colorado in 2008 with AMLI, the multifamily market slowed so Mr. Haggard pursued other areas of the Construction Industry like Insurance Restoration until being rehired with AMLI in 2014 as a Project Manager. Mr. Haggard is a LEED Accredited Professional and received a B.S. in Construction Management from Oklahoma State University in 2001.


Erin

Erin Hatcher, Vice President - Sustainability

Ms. Hatcher is Vice President - Sustainability. Prior to joining AMLI in 2012, Ms. Hatcher worked as a Sustainability Consultant in Chicago focusing on LEED for New Construction projects. She received her BFA in Interior Design from the Illinois Institute of Art – Chicago in 2007. Ms. Hatcher is a LEED Accredited Professional and has obtained her certification as a Construction Documents Technologist.
