What is your pet policy? (pet rent, breed restrictions, etc...)

Accepted Answer

We proudly welcome pets to our community! While we do allow most breeds, certain restrictions on breed and number of pets allowed may apply. We offer an on-site paw wash available to all residents and their pets.

How long is the lease term, and are shorter or longer leases available?

Accepted Answer

AMLI has a variety of lease terms available, ranging from 3-12 months. All pricing for available lease-terms can be viewed on our Floor Plans & Pricing page.

Question 4

Does AMLI Brookhaven offer electric car charging stations?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we offer electric vehicle charging stations to support our sustainability-minded residents. Please contact the leasing office directly for information on the EV charging options available at the community.

Are there furnished apartments available at MLI Brookhaven?

Accepted Answer

Currently, we do not offer furnished apartments. However, our team is happy to assist you with local resources for furniture rental or purchase to make your move as seamless as possible. Some AMLI communities partner with third-party corporate housing providers who offer furnished apartment rentals.

Is anything included in the rent (utilities, parking, internet, etc...)?

Accepted Answer

As an AMLI resident, you’ll be able to access on-site amenities including the fitness center, business center, and pool, if applicable. Additional rentable items, pet fees and internet are not included in the monthly rent. Utilities are not included in rent, and residents are responsible for electricity, water, trash services, and other utilities that may be required at the community.

Is there on-site maintenance, and how are maintenance requests handled?

Yes, we offer on-site maintenance with a 48-hour service guarantee for routine requests. For urgent matters, such as a lack of electricity or plumbing issues, our team prioritizes your request to work towards resolution as quickly as possible. Maintenance requests can be conveniently submitted online.

What utilities are tenants responsible for paying?

Accepted Answer

Residents are responsible for electricity, water, and trash services. These utilities are billed separately, allowing you to manage your monthly expenses with transparency. Contact the leasing office for confirmation on utilities required at this property.

Are there restrictions on decorating the apartment like painting walls or hanging pictures?

Accepted Answer

We encourage residents to personalize their spaces by hanging pictures and other decorations! However, for significant changes like painting walls or installing fixtures, we ask that you consult with management to ensure compliance with community guidelines.

Is the apartment accessible for individuals with disabilities?

Accepted Answer

Yes, our community is designed with accessibility in mind, offering apartments and features that accommodate individuals with disabilities. Please let us know your specific needs, and we will do our best to meet them.

Are there any additional monthly fees (amenity fees, pest control, trash, etc...)?

Is renters insurance required?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we require that all residents carry a minimum of $100,000 in personal liability coverage.  We’ve partnered with Homebody Insurance to provide affordable coverage options, including pet health and identity theft protection, and also accept valid proof of renters insurance from a variety of insurance carriers.

What are the rental requirements (income, credit, etc...)?

Our rental requirements include income verification and a credit check. Some communities require background screening. Contact us for specific inquiries.

What is required to apply for an apartment at AMLI Brookhaven?

Accepted Answer

The application process requires payment of applicable costs associated with the application, as well as acknowledgement of a statement of rental policy, privacy policy, and screening criteria. Following initial application submission, AMLI team members will guide you through the next steps, which may include providing income verification materials and supplemental information, if required. Costs associated with application submission can be found in the Understanding Costs section on the Floor Plans & Pricing page.

Is AMLI Brookhaven in a location that's convenient to Buckhead?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Peachtree Dunwoody Road will take you straight to Peachtree Road near Phipps Plaza and the Lenox Square area. Or GA-400 will take you into the heart of this neighborhood center off of Lenox Road.

Do you have EV Charging and what are the rates?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we have several charging points throughout the community. They are currently 50 cents per hour for charging. Please note that this rate is subject to change and may differ slightly upon using the service.

What is the nearest MARTA stop?

We are closest to Medical Center & Dunwoody MARTA stations. Both are only about a 10-15-minute walk away!
