Valid for a) new leases signed by AMLI-approved applicants, b) a minimum lease term of 12 months and c) when all applicable fees and deposits have been paid. The concession is equal to x month(s)/weeks of free base rent only. All other fees, including but not limited to utility, pet, parking and application fees, are not included in the promotion and must be paid by the resident. Only new applicants are eligible. Those with prior applications, existing residents renewing their lease, or transferring apartments within the same property are not eligible. If transferring to a different AMLI property, the resident must forfeit the concession if they move out early and will be held to any of AMLI’s transfer policies.

This concession will be applied to the resident’s second full month of base rent payment provided that the resident is in full compliance with the terms of the lease. Any concession and discount offered is provided as an incentive and with the understanding that the resident fulfills their obligations under the Lease Contract through the entire term of their Lease. If their lease is terminated early due to their decision to end the lease, the resident will be required to repay the amount of all concessions or discounts that they have received for the months they resided in the apartment, if permissible by law. This promotion cannot be combined with any other offers, discounts or promotions.

AMLI reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion at any time without prior notice. The promotion and these terms and conditions are subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. In case of any dispute, the decision of AMLI shall be final and binding. Valid for prospective residents who complete and submit an application within 48 hours of fully completing their first tour of any type. All required documents including but not limited to income verification, screening backup and fees (if applicable) must be received within this period. All other fees, including but not limited to utility, pet, parking and application fees, are not included in the promotion and must be paid by the resident. Only new applicants are eligible. Those with prior applications and existing residents renewing their lease or transferring apartments within the same property are not eligible. If transferring to a different AMLI property, the resident is subject to the terms of their current lease, must forfeit the concession if they move out early, and will be held to any of AMLI’s transfer policies.

Valid for a) new applicants that submit a completed lease application, which lease is signed by all applicants and approved by AMLI, b) a minimum lease term of 12 months and c) when all other applicable fees and deposits have been paid. All other fees, including but not limited to utility, pet, parking and move-in fees, are not included in the promotion and must be paid by the resident. Only new applicants are eligible. Those with prior applications and existing residents renewing their lease or transferring apartments within the same property are not eligible. For Denver residents, the app fee will be charged upon application and reversed and issued as a credit upon move-in.

An e-reward for the stated amount will typically be processed through Tango within 7 days of move-in and must be used within 90 days of its issuance in accordance with Tango’s terms and conditions. The gift card is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services.
