A bus stop is conveniently located right in front of our building, and Montgomery-Gibbs Executive Airport is just across the street. For drivers, major freeways, including I-805, CA-163, I-8, and I-15 are all easily accessible from our community, ensuring quick commutes to downtown San Diego, world-famous beaches, and San Diego International Airport.

Yes, our community provides Level 2 electric car charging stations for residents. Currently, these shared, non-reserved spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis for residents with electric vehicles. We plan to offer reserved EV parking in the future.

AMLI Aero is a pet-friendly San Diego apartment community! We welcome both dogs and cats with no weight restrictions, though aggressive breeds are prohibited. Other pets, such as rabbits and birds, are considered on a case-by-case basis and require management approval. While we do not currently offer short-term or furnished apartments at AMLI Aero, we do accept leases in company names. However, our leasing team is happy to provide local resources for furniture rental to help make your move smoother.

The application process requires payment of applicable fees, as well as acknowledgement of a statement of rental policy, privacy policy, and screening criteria. Our community provides a high-speed 1GB secure Wi-Fi network in your apartment and throughout AMLI Aero for seamless connectivity.

Are there restrictions on decorating apartments at AMLI Aero?

Accepted Answer

While we encourage you to make your apartment feel like home, there are a few guidelines. You're welcome to paint walls and hang pictures. For door and balcony decorations, please seek management approval. To maintain our community's upscale aesthetic, we do not permit doormats, holiday lights, or flags on patios.

Is renters’ insurance required?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we require that all residents carry a minimum of $100,000 in personal liability coverage.  We’ve partnered with Homebody Insurance to provide affordable coverage options, including pet health and identity theft protection, and we also accept valid proof of renters’ insurance from a variety of insurance carriers.
