Addison Apartments & Rental Townhomes

A nature-inspired neighborhood is taking root in Addison

In the heart of Addison, something more than a new residential community is taking shape.

AMLI Treehouse and Preserve on the Park bring together apartments, rental townhomes, live/work residences, and for-sale townhomes within a thoughtfully designed neighborhood shaped by mature trees, new green spaces, and connections to the Redding Trail.

Here, modern living feels a little more natural. Trails invite you outside, and mature trees provide shade and a sense of permanence. Places to gather make neighbors feel more like neighbors, while Addison's dining, entertainment, and employment centers always remain close at hand.

Welcome to a neighborhood inspired by what was already here — and designed for what comes next!

Inspired by nature. Designed for Addison.

From the very beginning, AMLI Treehouse’s vision extended far beyond the buildings themselves.

The goal was to create a neighborhood where development and nature could coexist — preserving the character of the land while creating new homes, public green space, and meaningful connections to the surrounding community.

The result is a mixed residential neighborhood with 600 AMLI residences, including apartments and 30 rental townhomes, alongside live/work opportunities, neighborhood retail, and for-sale townhomes at Preserve on the Park.

Just as importantly, the project expands the existing Redding Trail network and contributes brand new public green space to Addison. Envisioned as a gateway to the Town's Midway South redevelopment, AMLI Treehouse’s commitment is to add something meaningful not only for the people who live here, but for the community around it.

It's tucked away without being disconnected. Urban without losing sight of nature. New, yet rooted in something lasting.

Where the trail leads home

One of the most important parts of the AMLI Treehouse vision is that it belongs to everyone.

As part of the development, AMLI worked with the Town of Addison to expand the Redding Trail and create new public green space with unique art installations, further connecting the neighborhood to Addison's larger trail system.

Walking and running paths, extensive landscaping, gathering areas, hundreds of trees, and the adjacent Redding Trail Dog Park create a lush, green corridor designed for residents and their pets throughout Addison to enjoy. For those who live here, the trail becomes part of everyday life — and part of our larger approach to wellness as a whole.

Take a morning walk beneath the trees, bike to the Addison Athletic Club, jog to your favorite neighborhood gym, meet friends for coffee, spend an afternoon by the pool, or an evening outside. Whatever you enjoy, AMLI Treehouse brings together fitness, recovery, and outdoor amenity experiences designed to make healthier choices feel like a natural part of the day.

Coworking spaces bring work closer to home, too, while a café and live/work residences add fresh energy and productivity here at street level. The AMLI development also includes 12,500 square feet of freestanding retail that brings comfort and convenience right to your front door, creating another reason to walk, linger, and connect with your community.

And when you're ready for more, the vibrant Addison neighborhood is right outside! All the modern luxuries of the Belt Line's dining and entertainment, Addison Circle, the Dallas North Tollway, and the Platinum Corridor are all close by.

Energy when you want it. Nature when you need it.

The trees came first

Long before there was AMLI Treehouse, there were trees.

Mature live oaks had grown on this land for decades, becoming part of Addison's urban forest and part of the character AMLI wanted the new neighborhood to preserve.

Rather than simply clearing the site, four heritage live oaks were carefully relocated to permanent homes within the new Redding Trail park and trail extension using specialized ArborLift technology. Existing trees were preserved where possible, and more than 350 new trees — including live oak, chinquapin oak, cedar elm, and Japanese maple — were planned throughout the development and park.

The commitment extends beyond the trees. Sustainability has been part of AMLI's approach to development for decades, with an emphasis on using land, water, and energy more efficiently while creating healthier places to live. AMLI Treehouse is currently targeting LEED Gold certification.

After all, sustainability isn't only about what you build. It's also about what you choose to preserve.

One neighborhood. More ways to live.

One of the most distinctive parts of the Treehouse vision is the opportunity to live here in different ways — and at different stages of life.

The master plan intentionally combines apartments, larger residences, rental townhomes, live/work spaces, and homeownership opportunities to create a more diverse, multigenerational neighborhood.
