Residents are responsible for electricity, water, sewer, and trash/waste services. They will also arrange for their own internet, cable TV, and renters' insurance.

Are there restrictions on decorating the apartment like painting walls or hanging pictures?

Accepted Answer

You can decorate your apartment as you like. However, any interior alterations must be reverted to the move-in condition upon move-out. Balconies, patios, and entrances must be kept clear of indoor furniture, mops, rugs, towels, string lights, or similar items. Please note that flags, signs, or other items may not be hung or displayed outside your apartment, including on balconies, patios, doors, windows, or entryways, and items may not be placed on window or balcony railings.

Is renter’s insurance required?

Yes, we require that all residents carry a minimum of $300,000 in personal liability coverage.  We’ve partnered with Get Covered Insurance to provide affordable coverage options, including pet health and identity theft protection, and we also accept valid proof of renter’s insurance from a variety of insurance carriers.
