Our Glendale apartments are part of a tight-knit suburb less than 20 minutes outside downtown Denver by car, and just over 30 minutes by bike. Home to a plethora of shopping and dining options, the neighborhood is perfect for those who enjoy urban conveniences and a little less hustle and bustle than the norm. Many parks are nearby, including the massive Cherry Creek State Park and Denver's own renown City Park.
Recreation
The extensive Cherry Creek Trail starts in downtown Denver at Confluence Park and runs for 42 paved miles southeast all the way to Franktown.

Outdoor Lifestyle
The Denver Botanic Gardens is home to a wide variety of gardens.
Highlighting many different biomes, the botanic gardens even has one of the country’s largest exhibits of cold-loving plants. In addition to an exhibit dedicated to the flora of the Rockies, other exhibits showcase drought-tolerant plants from the American West and Mediterranean regions, tropical plants housed in a sunny conservatory and an outdoor Japanese-style garden.
