Denver's Top Yoga Studios

On November 6, Yoga on the Fly opened in DIA’s Concourse 6. The country’s first private airport yoga operation, Yoga on the Fly consists of five individual yoga studios. Practitioners choose from an array of sequences ranging in duration from 8 to 20 minutes. An iPad (for video instruction), wireless headphones, and clean yoga mat are provided with studio rental.

In honor of this DIA milestone, we decided to examine the Mile High City’s most popular and respected yoga studios. If you’re a yogi doing more in Denver than changing planes, put these yoga studios on your radar.

Asana Studio

Located in Olde Towne Arvada, Asana Studio offers a range of yoga classes, yoga therapy, massage therapy, and  acupuncture. The studio also runs the Connect 200-hour yoga teacher training program. Asana Studio is a 15-minute drive from AMLI Arista in Broomfield and AMLI Riverfront Park in Denver.

Denver Bikram

90 minutes of yoga in a 105-degree room is a highly effective way to burn fat, increase flexibility, tone your body, and warm your core. Even below-freezing temperatures feel nice for several minutes after leaving a Bikram yoga class. Endorphin

With 11 area locations, Endorphin offers the largest selection of yoga and group fitness classes in Denver. Choose from more than a dozen class types, ranging from foundations to power vinyasa to restorative yin. Endorphin also offers private sessions, workshops, and yoga teacher training. Endorphin’s LoHi gym and yoga studio is a a 15-minute walk from AMLI Riverfront Park.

Kindness Yoga

Kindness’ seven Denver area studios offer a range of classes for all yoga levels and styles, as well as teacher trainings. According to 5280 Magazine and the Denver A-List, Kindness is as good as yoga gets in Denver. New students can try Kindness for 30 days for 0 dollars. Kindness Platte Street is a 10-minute walk from AMLI Riverfront Park, and Kindness Capitol Hill is 20 minutes from AMLI Park Avenue.

Maitri Yoga

Maitri Yoga offers hatha, vinyasa, yin, and foundation-level courses at its yoga studios in Arvada and Westminster. The center is respected for its ayurvedic-inspired wellness therapies, including craniosacral biodynamics and chakra balancing. Maitri’s Westminster yoga studio is a 10-minute drive from AMLI at Interlocken. If you’ve never been to the studio before, you can try five classes for 5.

The River Power Vinyasa

If power vinyasa is your yogic jam, check out The River’s Delaware street studio. Just over a mile’s walk from AMLI Park Avenue, The River offers more than 50 weekly yoga and meditation classes. The studio offers childcare and children’s yoga, and is known for its massive summertime Yoga on the Rocks sessions. The River’s 200-, 300-, and 500-hour yoga teacher training programs are some of the most reputable in town.

Samadhi Center for Yoga and Meditation

Denver’s Samadhi Center offers a range of classes at its three yoga studios. The family-owned operation is committed to making yoga accessible to students with mobility restrictions and traumatic bran injuries. A proponent of yogic philosophy, Samadhi hosts frequent workshops and special events designed to help students incorporate yoga into all aspects of life. Samadhi Center’s Uptown Denver studio is a two-minute walk from AMLI Park Avenue. Samadhi is yet another studio offering an introductory month of yoga for 0.
