The atmosphere at Fonda San Miguel is fun and colorful, filled with original artwork of various styles and the food is served on unique dishware. Brunch is served on Sundays from 11am-2pm, and the restaurant is located under 4 miles from our Mueller apartments and Central Austin apartments.

40 North is a neighborhood pizza spot that serves Neopolitan pizza, casual eats and an epic weekend brunch worth writing home about. Try the ricotta pancakes with peaches and whipped mascarpone, pizza dough beignets with blackberry jam and lemon creme or their brunch pizza topped with mozzarella, fontina, smashed fingerling potatoes and a variety of herbs, along with an egg. This brunch is sure to be a pizza lover’s dream. Their weekend brunch is served on both Saturday and Sunday from 11am-3pm. Get here by taking the half-mile walk from our luxury apartments in Austin.

Old Thousand serves up a modern twist on classic Chinese dishes in a vintage space with craft drinks and cool music. They have an extensive brunch menu sure to please everyone! Try a few of their different flavored dumplings like the Szechuan beef and fennel potstickers, Lo Bak Go vegetable cakes with radishes and pickled carrots or their hot chicken chili wontons, all cooked to perfection. You can’t go wrong with their house specialties either like the chicken and waffles, fried rice or General Tso’s chicken. Brunch is served on Saturday and Sunday from 11am-2pm. Better Half Coffee & Cocktails

This cafe serves American fare plus coffee, craft cocktails, wine, craft ciders and beer. The brunch items at Better Half Coffee & Cocktails are delicious and plated beautifully. Try their chicken biscuit sandwich, waffle iron hashbrowns or their seasonal salad. There are also side items to share such as cauliflower tots, chilled spicy cumbers, pastrami loaded queso and so much more. Brunch is served on Saturday and Sunday from 8am-3pm. Located 1 mile northwest of our warehouse district apartments.
