“AMLI Fountain Place Apartment Tour Concert Ticket Giveaway” Promotion Official Rules
AMLI Management Company (“AMLI” or “Sponsor”) is the sponsor of the “AMLI Fountain Place Apartment Tour Concert Ticket Giveaway” promotion which begins at 10:00am (CST) on April 28th, 2021, and ends at 5:00pm (CST) on May 23rd (the “Promotion Period”).
1. To Enter: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY IN ORDER TO ENTER. A person can visit AMLI Fountain Place in-person and tour an apartment between April 28th, 2021 and May 23rd, 2021 and thereby automatically qualify to win the randomly selected raffle. Only one entry per person.
2. Eligibility: To be eligible to participate in the promotion, entrants must be a legal U.S. resident (excl. Puerto Rico) and be at least 18 years old. The winner must present valid proof of age to claim the prize. Proof of age shall consist solely of a government-issued photo I.D. that conclusively establishes the winner’s age (i.e., valid driver’s license or passport). What constitutes valid proof shall be at the sole discretion of AMLI. 4. Prize Winner Selection and Notification: an AMLI Fountain Place representative will randomly select a winner. The winner will be notified via phone call and/or email on or about May 24th, 2021. The winner is required to coordinate prize receipt over the phone or email [email protected] to coordinate receipt of the prize. The prize must be claimed at the AMLI Fountain Place leasing office during designated hours by May 26th, 2021. If the prize is declined or otherwise not claimed by May 26th, 2021, then the prize is forfeited and a new winner will be chosen. Odds of winning the prize depend upon the total number of valid entries received during the Promotion Period. By participating, entrants release AMLI, promotional/advertising agencies and their affiliates, employees, officers, and directors from and against any claim and/or action arising from the sweepstakes or prize.
