The mixed-use urban village that has developed in the Mueller community over the last few years is one of the hottest developments in the Austin area, and AMLI Residential is proud to be a part of it.

A sustainable design featuring plenty of green space and few motorist-friendly thoroughfares makes Mueller Village a haven for pedestrians in a city where cars are required to get just about anywhere. Community Events
AMLI at Mueller is still new, but the community has already hosted several successful events for residents and engaged with members of the Austin community. The first resident event, Cupcakes and Champagne, was a partnership between AMLI and James Matthew Design that welcomed new residents and offered inspiration for apartment decor. Another fun, food-filled event was the AMLI at Mueller Summer Soiree, a festive party complete with a photo booth, popcorn bar, candy bar, and live music. Regular events, featuring food from Qdoba, Republic of Sandwich, Mr. Delivery, and elsewhere can be expected in the future.
Paint the Town, an AMLI fAMLI benefit event held for the Austin Apartment Association Operation K.I.S.S. (Kids in Need of School Supplies), gave residents an opportunity to improve their painting skills and give back to the community. Assistant Community Manager Marrisa Rodriguez said of the event: “You don’t get this fAMLI feeling just anywhere. With the resident events on site and within the greater Mueller neighborhood, we all come together for great causes and to make memories.”
Area Attractions and Events
Lake Park, a crown jewel of Austin’s park system boasting 13 miles of hiking and biking trails, is within walking distance of AMLI at Mueller. The Texas Farmers’ Market at Mueller, a pet-friendly farmers market held every Sunday, the free concert series Music in the Park, and the annual fishing extravaganza, Hooked on Mueller, are area events AMLI at Mueller is proud to be a part of.
Access to Downtown Austin
AMLI at Mueller is located far enough from I-35 for residents to be spared the persistent hum of traffic, but close enough to give them easy access to Austin’s most happening places. Downtown Austin and The University of Texas are both within a five-mile drive of the Mueller apartments.
