‘AMLI Lofts’ Photo Bash’ Promotion Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY: Enter to win the “Loft’s Photo Bash” promotion by using Instagram smartphone application or Facebook to upload your photo of Bash on Wabash. There is no purchase necessary.

1. How To Enter: Participants can enter in two ways: (1) Submit an original photo of themselves at Bash on Wabash in front of the AMLI Lofts’ backdrop via the Instagram application, follow the handle @AMLILofts on Instagram, and use the hashtag #AMLILofts; (2) Submit an original photo of themselves at Bash on Wabash in front of the AMLI Lofts’ backdrop to AMLI Lofts’ Facebook page and “like” the AMLI Lofts Facebook page. Description/caption may be included but will have no effect on the prize selection. Any photo and/or description considered inappropriate by the judging panel will be disqualified from the contest.
2. Prizes & Retail Value:  Grand Prize Winner will receive a 00 Visa gift card. Second and third place will receive a 0 Visa gift card.
3. Potential Winner Notification: AMLI Lofts will collect entries starting Saturday, August 23, 2014 11:00 a.m. CST through Saturday, August 23, 2014 11:59 p.m. CST. Winners will be selected by random drawing. Odds of winning a prize depend upon the total number of valid entries received during the submission period. Participant must submit all required information to be eligible to win. Entry must be own original work and not infringe on any third party copyrights, trademarks, and/or other intellectual property rights. Winners will be notified via comment on their Instagram and/or Facebook submission on or around August 25, 2014. Winners will be required to email [email protected] to coordinate their prize claim. Prizes must be claimed at the AMLI Lofts leasing office during designated hours.
4. Rights & Ownership: AMLI Residential reserves the right to publish all submissions via Facebook.com/amlilofts, Instagram.com/amlilofts, Instagram.com/amliapts.
5. Eligibility: Game open to legal residents of the US 18 years of age and older. Employees of AMLI Residential, its subsidiaries, affiliates, divisions, advertising and promotion agencies, individuals engaged in the development, production or distribution of materials for this Game, their immediate family members and persons living in the same households of each are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law. If the winner declines the grand prize, they forfeit the prize and/or prize value and the sponsor will chose a new winner.
6. Conditions of Participation: Entrants are solely responsible for participating in the contest during the Promotion Period and properly claiming a prize if selected as a winner. No prize substitution or transfer of prize prior to awarding. By participating, you agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of the judges which are final and binding in all respects, and to release AMLI Residential and all other companies associated with the “Loft’s Photo Bash” from all claims or liability relating to your participation or acceptance or use of prizes. Acceptance of a prize shall be construed as and signify the winner’s agreement and consent that Sponsor may use the winner’s name, voice, likeness and/or prize information, without limitation, for promotional purposes without further consideration, review, approval or payment, where allowed by law. In no event will more than the stated number of prizes in be awarded.
7. Internet: Sponsor not responsible for lost, late, mutilated or illegible entries nor for electronic transmission errors resulting in omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions or limitations of any kind, or inaccurate transmissions of or failure to receive entry information by Sponsor or presenter on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or any combination thereof. If for any reason the Internet portion of the program is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Game, the Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Internet portion of the Game and to award all remaining prizes via valid Internet entries received up to the point of the action taken by the Sponsor and all valid mail-in entries received during the Promotion Period . Caution: Any attempt by any person to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the game is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserve the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent of the law.
