Enter the AMLI Outdoors Instagram Contest

Your apartment is your gateway to all that’s outside of it

This year’s social contest encourages AMLI residents to go outside. And not just outside of their apartment, but really outdoors.

We want to see those outdoor experiences that make living where you do fantastic. The stuff that made you plant down some roots—however deep they may be.

So, what does being outdoors mean to you? Sipping a cocktail on your city’s tallest rooftop? Getting lost in the woods? Maybe it’s the beach down the road or the sunrise that greets you on your morning jogs. It could be as simple as a stroll through a neighborhood you love.

All we’re saying is: spend some time outside and take a photo that shows why you love living where you do. Show the best amenity any apartment can give—an amazing location, in an incredible city.

Here’s how to enter:

• Take a photo and post it to Instagram
• Describe your photo and use #amlioutdoors in the caption
• Tag @amliapts in the photo
• Add your AMLI community as the location OR identify your AMLI community in the caption

All photos are accepted so long as they are your own work. You can enter as many times as you’d like, but can only be selected as a finalist once. You must be a current AMLI resident to enter. Other than that, make the outdoors your oyster! The name of the game is having fun, so enjoy some time out and about in your local area.

Just a note—we will accept photos of places a few hours away from where you live, but we cannot accept far-flung vacation photos. You should live in the general area of where your photo is taken. We’re looking to foster a little hometown pride here. We’re not looking to be the photo police.

Photos will be judged based on creativity (50% of total score) and originality (50% of total score). A panel of AMLI judges will select up to 3 finalists every day during the contest period (see below) and post them to the @amliapts Instagram account. All photos posted during the contest period are considered finalists. Once the contest period is over, a panel of AMLI judges will select one grand prize winner and nine (9) regional winners from the pool of finalists.

Winners will be contacted via Instagram and we’ll coordinate the prizes over email.

Prizes:

The grand prize winner gets airfare to their city of choice, lodging at an AMLI community and spending money for a weekend getaway.
