Atlanta's Happiest Happy Hours

Atlanta’s nightlife has a solid reputation. But it’s not just nights that are good for going out on the town in Atlanta. If you like to wind down over a refreshing drink or snack before returning to your apartment in the evening, end your workday right at one of these ATL happy hour destinations.

10 Degrees South

Fine dining, South African style, is 10 Degrees South’s hallmark. The restaurant, less than 10 minutes’ drive from AMLI 3464, serves craft cocktails most evenings. On Mondays, wine is the happy hour highlight.

Alma Cocina

This authentic Mexican restaurant serves five strong beverages and five mouthwatering appetizers for from 4 to 6pm on weekdays. Alma Cocina is in downtown Atlanta, a 15-minute drive from AMLI Parkside.

Amer

Amer, the brainchild of the team responsible for Inman Park’s Bocado, quickly became one of Atlanta’s most popular cocktail bars after opening last spring. Mid-century decor, a cocktail menu that revolves around bitters, and exceptional cocktails are responsible. Amer is a 20-minute walk from AMLI Ponce Park.

Bone Lick BBQ

On Fridays, Bone Lick BBQ’s Edgewood Avenue location runs a spectacular happy hour special. Draft beers are , whiskey drinks , and slushy shots from 6pm to 8pm. PBR tall boys cost all day, every day at Bone Lick BBQ, a 10-minute bike ride from AMLI Parkside.

Brio Tuscan Grille

Located in The Peach Shopping Center, Brio Tuscan Grille hosts a generous happy hour from 3:30 to 6:30pm on weekdays. Several small bites and drinks are available for   or less. Fado Irish Pub and Restaurant

Nakato Japanese Restaurant

This Hibachi-style Japanese restaurant has a long-standing reputation for excellence in Atlanta. One Eared Stag

One Eared Stag’s happy hour consists of a simple dollar menu. Miller High Life and oysters both cost from 5 to 7pm on weekdays. This New American restaurant, also celebrated for its sumptuous brunch, is a 25-minute walk or short drive from AMLI Parkside.

Red Pepper Taqueria

Red Pepper Taqueria hosts another popular oyster happy hour. Weekdays from 4 to 6pm, you can get a dozen oysters for . All other appetizers are half-off at the bar. This casual Mexican eatery is a five-minute drive from AMLI Lindbergh.

Republic Social House

A 10-minute drive from AMLI Parkside, this Grant Park restaurant has some of the best Atlanta happy hour deals on food. On Mondays, the Republic Social House’s signature wings are /bin/sh.45 a piece. On Taco Tuesdays, savory tacos sell for each.
