Brand New Apartments in Littleton, Colorado at AMLI Village Park

For a city that's kept its charming 1890s Main Street standing for well over a century, Littleton’s the type of place where anything new is certain to stand out!

AMLI Village Park is a brand new Denver apartment community rising along Santa Fe Drive with construction already well underway and our first residents expected in early 2027. And if you've spent any time scrolling through Denver apartment listings hoping for something with the paint still drying, this is the one to bookmark!

A location that can't be beat

When it comes to location, we’ll start with the obvious highlight — Historic Downtown Littleton!

Littleton's Main Street has been on the National Register of Historic Places since 1998, and it certainly still looks the part. Red-brick storefronts, string lights, and busy night crowds make sure the sidewalks are always bustling with plenty to see and do. Wander a few blocks and you'll land at the Littleton Museum, a Smithsonian Affiliate with two working 19th-century farms where costumed interpreters churn butter and work a blacksmith's forge like it's 1890 all over again. Yes, there are actual oxen, and yes, they do have names (but you’ll have to visit to find them out for yourself!). Littleton’s charm and history amidst the modern conveniences and amenities of the surrounding metro area is what makes this a totally different address than most of what turns up in a South Metro Denver apartments search.

Green space is just as close. Ketring Park sits right next to the museum, wrapped around a small lake where herons and turtles tend to outnumber people most mornings. Head the other way down Santa Fe Drive and you'll hit Hudson Gardens with its 30 acres of botanical trails, a turtle pond, and free admission every single day of the year, all set along the South Platte River with a greenway trail running right past it. Come winter, that same garden turns into one of the metro's better light displays, which you’ll enjoy all the more because you live close enough to walk there!

None of this requires a car, which is worth the location all in itself. Between the museum, the park, the gardens, and Main Street itself, a genuinely good Saturday is a fifteen-minute walk from the building instead of a Google Maps search and an hour-long parking-spot hunt.

There’s plenty else to do (and eat!) here, too, and this stretch of Littleton doesn't mess around when it comes to food. Angelo's Taverna has built a cult following on char-grilled oysters and handmade pasta, and it's an easy walk from the future front door. A few minutes further, the Farm House at Breckenridge Brewery pairs a beer garden and lawn games with fish and chips, brewed and served on the same site where the beer itself is made. Downtown itself is stacked with smaller, independently owned spots, cocktail lounges tucked into century-old brick buildings, wine bars that spill onto the sidewalk in summer, and a coffee shop for basically every mood. For something closer to a mall run, Aspen Grove's open-air mix of Apple, Pottery Barn, and an Alamo Drafthouse movie theater sits a short drive south. All in all, you never have to go far to find what you need.

Then there's the ultra-convenient commute, which is where this location really pulls ahead of the rest. The RTD D Line runs straight out of Downtown Littleton Station, dropping riders into Denver's Central Business District without a single mile on your car’s odometer. Drive instead, and the Denver Tech Center is a quick shot up I-25, home to roughly 35,000 workers across more than 1,000 companies, including Oracle, Zoom Video, and Charles Schwab. For anyone hunting for apartments near DTC that don't require actually living inside the office park, this corner of Santa Fe Drive really is hard to beat.

Families get a bonus most renters forget to check for, too: Littleton Public Schools carries a reputation as one of the stronger districts in the metro, worth knowing even if kids are still purely hypothetical.

Amenities built for how you actually live

AMLI Village Park is being built from scratch, which means our amenities are top-of-the line and brand spanking new, too. The rooftop deck is our headliner, featuring a sky lounge with a fire pit and unobstructed views of the Front Range, the kind of spot where "I'll just go up for a minute" turns into an hour (or two, or three!).

Down at ground level, two courtyards handle the entertaining duties thanks to outdoor kitchens, a pizza oven, more fire pits, and TVs mounted for whatever game everyone's half-watching.

The resort-style pool comes with cabanas for the days you actually want shade, and the two-story fitness center also features a full yoga studio, so skipping leg day for a slow flow doesn't mean a separate gym membership. It's a setup built for actual routines: swim laps before work, catch a class after, or grill dinner in the courtyard without ever leaving the property.

Working from home some days? You’re in luck! The co-working spaces include private offices that are perfect for meetings, brainstorming sessions, or those times when you need some distraction-free focus.

Pets are part of the family here, too and the convenient paw wash means no more hosing down a muddy golden retriever in the shower after a trail day, which alone should earn this a spot on any list of pet-friendly Littleton apartments worth watching.

Downstairs, the community is adding 11,000 square feet of ground-floor retail with restaurant-ready spaces and patios, which means the walkable retail Littleton is already known for is about to get a little more walkable.

Apartment features worth coming home to

Inside, our luxury floor plans run the full range from studio to three-bedroom apartments, offered in two designer interior finish packages so the space feels crisp and curated just for your taste. Quartz countertops and tile backsplashes add a touch of detail to the already-elegant kitchen, while pet-friendly wood-style plank flooring runs through the kitchen and living areas; plus, every apartments gets a full-size stackable washer and dryer, so laundry day stops being a trip and more of a convenience.

Then there's the smart keyless entry, which means you can have groceries in one hand, coffee in the other, and an open door without having touched a physical key in months.

AMLI Village Park is also pursuing LEED Gold certification, with ENERGY STAR appliances and WaterSense fixtures built in from day one, so both the utility bill and the environmental footprint trend the right direction right from move-in.
