What's Inside Four Noses Brewing Company

by

There is a certain energy when visiting a brewery that makes it different from any other beer drinking experience. The aroma of the brewing process, the glowing steel tanks and the pleasure of drinking with other beer enthusiasts all gives us more reason to visit local breweries.

There are over 70 breweries in and around the Denver area. They combine traditional styles with nontraditional flavor profiles that give this beer its own distinct personality.

Year-round and seasonal beers

No matter what time of year you visit, there are going to be classics as well as unique seasonal options to try. Flights are a good way to sample multiple different beers and experience everything Four Noses has to offer. Try the light classic Perfect Drift Pilsner for a smooth and easy drinking twist on a German style Pilsner. Try the Raspberry Blonde Ale, which is aged with 70 pounds of raspberries that give the beer a huge fruit aroma and flavor complement. Depending on when you visit, try out their seasonal brews such as the Ritual Rivers coffee porter, the Sour Raspberry Blonde, the ‘Bout Damn Time American double dry hopped IPA or the Tropical Armada, a New England sour pale ale.

Brewery events

Beer-filled events are always in the works or already happening at Four Noses. Join in on a beer and cookie pairing, new beer release parties, brunch and bluegrass, trivia nights and so much more. There is always something new to experience during these events that give you even more reason to stop in for a cold one.

Food trucks

Great beer and great food are what makes Four Noses a local favorite. There is something amazing to try almost every night of the week. Every Monday you can have a sweet or savory crepe made by Moontime Crepes. Every Thursday, Basic Kneads Pizza is on site with wood fire pizzas made to order. Every Sunday, Burgerchief serves up sirloin and brisket burgers. Pair your beers with something fabulous to eat at one of these tasty food trucks.

The story

Four Noses Brewing Company came together during a family trip to Ireland in 2008 for the owner’s dad’s 50th birthday. The four of them were throwing back some Guinness at a pub , when a friend noticed them avidly sniffing away at their beers. A friend who was along for the trip took note of the fact and they tossed around the idea of starting a brewery in Broomfield. What was once an idea became a passion and career for those four, and they started a brewery bearing the name of the family’s most standout feature.
