Grocery Store

The Grocer will fulfill the community’s strong desire for a walkable grocery store in downtown Decatur.

Commerce Drive Multiuse Path

Situated along Commerce Drive, the ground level restaurants and retailers will support an active, walkable environment. AMLI is increasing the depth of the streetscape to gain additional pedestrian space along the site’s frontage.

Retail Courtyard and Paseo

New paseo and greenspace will create new high-quality open spaces, anchoring the project with an interior gathering space while also connecting it outward to the public street and sidewalk.

Public Parking Spaces and EV Chargers

The structured parking deck will provide approximately 165 public parking spaces. Within the public parking area, at least four Level 2 EV chargers will be provided. AMLI will provide several additional EV charging stations behind the parking gate exclusively for resident use.
