Location and Amenities Make Life at AMLI Frisco Crossing Grand

by
May 9th, 2016

In 1990, there were just over 6,000 people living in Frisco. Today, the north Dallas suburb has more than 150,000 residents and is a thriving city with attractions and appeal in its own right. If you want an apartment life filled with convenience and luxury, be sure to check out some of the newest Stonebriar apartments at AMLI Frisco Crossing. Here’s a taste of what you can enjoy as a resident.

Enticing Amenities

AMLI Frisco Crossing has everything you’d expect to find in a luxury apartment community, along with several, rather unique amenities. We’re talking two courtyards, each with its own resort-style swimming pool and grills; a 24-hour fitness center featuring Fitness on Demand virtual group classes; a business center with a conference room and complimentary Starbucks® coffee; a Luxer One package room for convenient 24-7 access to packages delivered to the community; and a paw wash for our four-legged residents.

Heard of the maker movement? Whether it’s painting, dying fabrics, sewing draperies, building furniture, or maintaining a bicycle, AMLI Frisco Crossing has a dedicated space where you can gather, create, and DIY. AMLI Frisco Crossing also has an exceptional fourth level skybox suite that overlooks Dr Pepper Ballpark, home of the Frisco RoughRiders Class AA minor league baseball club.

Chic Decor

AMLI Frisco Crossing apartments will appeal to households of all types. The one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, as well as the two-story townhomes, all have stainless steel appliances; plank flooring; slab granite countertops; oversized garden tubs; and USB outlets for charging electronics. Select units also come equipped with washers and dryers, separate showers, dual vanities, private fenced yards, and attached garages. In addition to being an attractive place to live, AMLI Frisco Crossing was constructed to meet the U.S. Green Building Council’s LEED Gold certification standards. Sustainable materials were used in the construction process, which will minimize the impact the building and its residents have on the environment for years to come. Fine Dining Options

When you’re not using your energy-efficient, stainless steel kitchen appliances to prepare dinner at home, you can choose from dozens of great restaurants within a ten minutes’ drive of AMLI Frisco Crossing. Babe’s Chicken, known for its classic comfort food, is a straight shot up the tollway. Hard Eight BBQ just opened its fourth and newest restaurant and is only an eight-minute drive west from AMLI’s new Frisco apartments. Are you into craft beer? Grab a cold one at Holy Grail Pub, The Ginger Man, or Rock & Brews, a restaurant and beer garden with more than 100 beers on tap.

Highly-rated Gloria’s Latin Cuisine and recently opened fusion restaurant Mash’d are just a mile away at The Centre at Preston Ridge. For something even closer to home, head on over to Perry’s Steakhouse & Grille, celebrated for its exceptional steak and seven-finger-high porkchop. That giant chop is just a four-minute walk from the Frisco apartments. Just across the toll road at Granite Park you can find tasty food at Bluefish, Blue Mesa Grill, and Campisi’s. Still not satisfied? Head to the Shops of Legacy to grab a bite to eat at The Capital Grille, Mexican Sugar, Coal Vines, or Twisted Root Burger, just to name a few.

Excellent Shopping

Stonebriar Centre is so close to AMLI Frisco Crossing there’s little point in driving unless the weather is poor or you can’t carry what you bought back home. The convenience of living within walking distance of a first-class shopping mall featuring Nordstrom, Macy’s, Dick’s Sporting Goods, H&M, Apple, and 160 other shops can hardly be overstated. When you need to pick-up a last-minute gift or outfit, you can do so without taking hours out of your day to drive to and browse the nearest mall. Nebraska Furniture Mart, a one-stop mega shop for all your furniture needs, is less than ten minutes away from the luxury Frisco apartments. The Centre at Preston Ridge, home to Target; Shops at Starwood; boutiques in Frisco Square and on Main Street; and an IKEA also contribute to Frisco’s reputation as a shopper’s paradise.

Sporting Events and Other Entertainment

Overlooking Dr Pepper Ballpark and just across the street from Dr Pepper StarCenter, AMLI Frisco Crossing is sandwiched between two sports venues. When that fancy skybox mentioned earlier doesn’t quite give you the thrill of being at the game, you can pick up tickets, pre-game in your apartment, avoid having to deal with parking or driving, and have a great time. Toyota Stadium, home field of FC Dallas major league soccer team, is just a five-minute drive away from the new Stonebriar apartments. If soccer isn’t your thing, the Dallas Cowboy’s brand new practice facility, The Ford Center at the Star, is scheduled to open this summer and is just across the toll road. Another form of entertainment AMLI Frisco Crossing residents have at their fingertips is the 24-screen AMC theatre at the shopping center.

Add a manageable commute to downtown Dallas and one of the best public school districts in the country to the perks of living at AMLI Frisco Crossing, and it’s hard to ask for much more from an apartment community or neighborhood. Shopaholics, sports enthusiasts, and apartment dwellers looking to move far enough from downtown Dallas to avoid the hustle and bustle but close enough to visit whenever desired should all take a look at these new Frisco apartments.
